Search "Carbon Cycle" on the internet and look at a variety of different versions of the carbon cycle that have been created. Using the information you have learned, make your own carbon cycle drawing on a blank piece of paper. Be sure to Title your drawing, drawing must include words and pictures to be complete. It must have color to receive full credit. Monday October 16th Daily Starter 10/16/17 This week we will be looking at how matter moves through and ecosystem. Tuesday October 3rd Daily Starter 10/3/17 Today's Project: A Time for Mitosis At the end of the project you will be turning in the packet titled: A Time for Mitosis The goal of the project is to identify onion root tip cells in different stages of the cell cycle and determine how long each stage lasts. Step 1) Color Code all the different stages of the cell cycle you find on the 2nd page of your packet. Use the Power Point to help you: A Time for Mitosis PP Step 2) Count and Record how many cells are in each stage of the cell cycle Step 3) Enter your data into the Excel Document: A Time for Mitosis Excel Step 4) Record your results and Copy the pie chart into your packet. It is a fascinating process with several stages that we will learn.
